The normal daily dose for all our liquids is 1 ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed.
(The bottle cap is a 1 ounce measure)

You can take our liquid products straight from the bottle, or put them in juice or in non-chlorinated water, or with other Vital-Earth liquid products.
