Each package contains (3) plastic needle threaders.
Just push the tip of the wire through the eye of the needle. The diamond shape wire will squash down to make it through the eye and will pop back open once it is through. Then, put 2-3" of thread through the open area of the diamond and pull the wire back through the eye. This will pull your thread along with it and you will have threaded your needle.
