To lock:Place one half of cuff on wrist and rotate other half around until it encloses the wrist and locks loosely in place. Never clamp down on wrist. Leave room for cuff to slide freely on wrist.
To unlock with key:Insert key and rotate it 1/4 of a turn clockwise. Pull open cuff to release.
To unlock with safety release lever:Press safety release lever down and pull open cuff to release.
