• Step 1: Apply the TruBlend Undercover Concealer under the eyes to cover up imperfections. Then, blend with a damp makeup sponge.
• Step 2: Using a fluffy powder brush, apply TruBlend Minerals Loose Mineral Powder directly on top of the concealed under eye area. Leave the loose mineral powder on for five to ten minutes to bake.
• Step 3: Use the same fluffy powder brush to lightly dust off the excess loose mineral powder on the face and blend out for a mattifying and flawless finish.
