Adults and children 12 years and older: During an allergy attack: Chew 2-3 tablets every 4 hours. For daily protection: Chew 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed 18 tablets per 24 hours.

Children 4 to 11 years: During an allergy attack: Chew 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. For daily protection: chew 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours.
