Instructions:PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY
  • Preferably use the massage stone in combination with a little massage oil.
  • After use, briefly rinse the stones with water and dry them with a hair-dryer or a towel.
  • Store in a dry area. Do not leave the stones on delicate, absorbing surfaces at any time.
Warm Stones
  • Microwave: Heat for 1 minute (or less)
  • Oven: 300 degrees for 15 minutes (or less)
  • Never heat the stones beyond body temperature (100 degrees) or injury may occur. Always make sure the stones are not over heated.
Chilled Stones
  • First put stones in plastic bag to keep them dry.
  • Refrigerator: 1-2 hours
  • Freezer: 20 minutes (or less)
Do not chill the stone below 40 degreesFahrenheit, or injury may occur.
