Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 4.5mg 265%DV
Melatonin 4.5mg 

Other Ingredients: deionized water, vegetable glycerin, lecithin (soy), natural flavor, lauric arginate, and potassium benzoate.

DIRECTIONS
Suggested Use: 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.

WARNINGS
Use only at bedtime. For adult use only. Not for use by women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. If you are under medical supervision, have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, asthma, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking sedatives, antidepressants such as MAOIs, or corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone or prednisone, consult your physician before taking this product. Do not take with alcoholic beverages or when operating machinery or driving a vehicle.
Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
