Directions: For cup cleaning during your cycle, rinse your menstrual cup with cold water and pump foaming wash directly on to cup. Thoroughly clean the cup and then rinse well with warm water.  For vulva cleaning, use nixit wash on external vaginal area only. 

Ingredients: Water, Decyl Glucoside, Leuconostoc/radish Root Ferment Filtrate, And Citric Acid. Ingredients Less Than 1.0%: Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Water, Rosa Centifolia Flower Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Vinegar (Apple Cider), Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate.
