HOW TO USE

Some suggestions include:

● Add 1 to 2 drops* and apply to bottom of feet before bedtime
● Place 1 to 2 drops* onto your palms, rub together, and inhale
● For the perfect body spray, add 8 to 10 drops to 3.5 oz of distilled water and 1 tbsp. of witch hazel to a spray bottle, shake well.
