Adults: Take 1 level scoop daily (approx. 7.5 g). Mix with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 3.75 g) servings twice daily.

Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 2.5 g) the adult dosage.

Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.

Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse for a maintenance in between.

This product contains Cascara Sagrada, buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully.
