Ingredients: Contains Poly Vinyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate Plastic Fortifiers, with U.S. Certified Colors, not More than 25% by Weight of Acetone and Intended for Blowing Plastic Balloons.

1. Unscrew cap and puncture tube with pointed tip built into cap.

2. Slowly squeeze out a ball or plastic and stick on the end of the straw.

3. Blow thru the other end of the tube to create a bubble. Pinch bubble off straw to seal.
