Preparation: Fill the jar with spring water to submerge the salt crystals. Letit stand for at least 24 hours. The water is now saturated with salt. Your SOLE`is ready. No more salt will dissolve until you have to add fresh water to thejar.

Directions: Adults: Every morning on an empty stomach, take 1 teaspoon of SOLE`dissolved in a 8 oz. glass of water. Wait at least 15 minutes before havingbreakfast.
