Recovery Rub Pain Relieving Cream with 5% menthol temporarily relieves minor aches, pain of muscles and joints due to arthritis, simple backaches, sprains, strains and bruises. 

Recovery Rub can also be used before workout to help loosen up tightness, it has arnica to deliver relief to aching joints. Recovery Rub is highly effective, with cinnamon, sweet almond oil and sweet clover to balance the menthol and has a pleasant smell comparison to similar products.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 5%.

Other Ingredients: Arnica Cordifolia (Arnica) Extract, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Caprylic/capric triglycerides, Caprylyl Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf Oil, Dehydroxanthan Gum, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Purified Water.

Adult and children 12 years or over: apply to affected area not more than 3 or 4 times a day. Massage until thoroughly absorbed into the skin.

Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after application. Discontinue use if excessive skin irritation develops. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist, consult a physician.
