Apply a generous amount of activated charcoal toothpaste on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, then spit it out. Rinse your mouth and your toothbrush. Brush away any leftover residue with your clean toothbrush, then floss. For best results, prior to using, brush with My Magic Mud® Activated Charcoal Toothpowder for extra whitening and a deeper clean.

We suggest using our toothpaste in the morning and after every meal. This toothpaste doesn't replace our original tooth powder, rather, it gives you a complete experience. Each tube lasts approximately one month when used as recommended.
